Once both marketplace fees are paid, contact details are released and both parties deal directly with each other.
Tarro makes the match. The transport agreement is directly between the customer and operator.
Once connected, the operator is responsible for the transport service and the customer pays the operator directly under the terms they agree.

Tarro marketplace fees & cancellations
Tarro's marketplace fee is normally non-refundable once we've successfully connected you. If the other party cancels, we'll refund your Tarro fee. If you cancel, your Tarro fee is normally non-refundable.
Tarro only administers Tarro's own marketplace fees. The operator's own cancellation charges, deposits, the transport balance, service changes and transport refunds remain directly between the customer and the operator under the terms they agree.
Nothing in this policy affects any rights you may have under applicable law.
